Product Introduction：
Mower – conditioner is a forage – harvesting machine that completes the operations of grass – cutting, conditioning, and windrowing in one go. It is also known as a grass – cutting and conditioning machine. By flattening and splitting the stems of freshly cut forage grass, it can accelerate the evaporation of internal moisture, shorten the drying time, and make the stems, leaves, and flowers dry uniformly, reducing nutrient loss and improving the quality of hay. It is mostly used in wet and high – yield pastures for harvesting leguminous forage.
Application：
The cut forage is sent to the conditioner by a screw conveyor. The conditioned forage is thrown backward and, through the loosening plate and windrowing plate, is formed into a windrow on the ground behind the machine. The conditioner is usually a pair of rubber rollers that are driven by power to rotate relatively at the same time. The forage is flattened as it passes through the gap between the two rollers. The grass – cutting and conditioning machine has a strong conveying capacity and is suitable for harvesting high – yield forage.
