Product Introduction：

The disc mower is primarily designed for harvesting various types of forage, including alfalfa, ryegrass, and oat grass. With its high – efficiency operation, the disc mower outperforms the reciprocating mower when it comes to cutting larger crops. It is attached to the rear – mounted suspension hitch of a tractor and powered by the tractor’s power – take – off (PTO) shaft for operation.

This mower is equipped with 2 to 8 high – speed rotating cutter disks. Each disk has two blades, enabling it to work at a high speed, covering 1 – 2 hectares per hour. The gear – driven mechanism ensures stable operation, with a low failure rate and minimal maintenance costs. Thanks to the spring – suspension system and the lower – belt drive, the cutter beam is positioned low, allowing for easy lifting and lowering. This enables the mower to cut close to the ground without causing damage to the turf.

In case of hitting large obstacles, the cutting blades can be deflected, safeguarding them from damage. The mower utilizes the rotational force of the disks to gather the cut grass in the middle, making collection more convenient.

The mower features a well – designed, simple, and compact structure, ensuring reliable performance. Maintenance and adjustment are straightforward processes. This model has been in use for many years in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia in China, as well as in European and Central Asian countries, and has won acclaim from users.

For the six – disc mower, there is an option to install either 2 or 3 blades.
